Band Winter Concert Monday January 25th 7:00pm in the Jonesboro ISD Cafeteria.
Participating Music students include 5th-12th grade students, these students will have a dress rehearsal Sunday the 24th in the cafeteria from 2pm - 4pm. Students are to arrive for the concert at 6:00pm in blue jeans and a black top. There will be opportunities to order band shirts if you missed out and buy some baked goods prepared by our students' families. Thank you, JISD families for your support of our new band program and I look forward to seeing everyone at the concert.

Just a reminder that the UIL Elementary and Junior High competition is on Tuesday, January 19th. All students will take their tests on campus. Each campus in our district will then send in their tests and results so students can still compete against each other. As soon as winners can be calculated we will announce the results.
Anyone going to the JV Game needs to touch base with Coach Kuehler tomorrow to get tickets.
Basketball Tomorrow 1/15/21:
JV Boys will be headed to Granger to play at 5pm tomorrow.
Varsity Girls & Boys will be at HOME vs Mount Calm starting at 6pm.
School is cancelled tomorrow, January 11th, due to the current weather conditions.
Coaches will know more about the basketball games soon. We are trying to reschedule.

As a reminder JISD will resume classes Tuesday, January 5th, 2021. Everyone have a wonderful New Years and enjoy the remainder of the break!
FFA and 4H students with animals please take notice of the weather later this week. Make sure all animals have access to shelter out of the weather. If you use heat lamps please secure them with zip ties or wire, provide extra bedding for pigs and double blanket lambs and goats, keep small animals out of the wind. Plan ahead and make sure everyone is warm.
Just a reminder the boys will have practice on Monday at 9AM.
They will play Iredell on Tuesday around 11:30 AM after the JV Girls & Varsity Girls.
