Citizen Commendation/Complaint Form
The Jonesboro Chief of Police encourages employees, parents, and community members to fill out a form with their concerns, complaints and feedback. By submitting a complaint form, this will help JISD address higher level concerns. Concerns should be expressed as soon as possible to allow early resolution at the highest possible administrative level. Informal resolution is encouraged but does not extend any deadlines in the formal complaint policies. If an informal resolution is reached, the Complainant may withdraw the form. All complaints will be heard in accordance with Board and State Policy, or any exceptions outlined therein. Neither the Board, Chief of Police nor any District employee shall unlawfully retaliate against any Complainant for bringing a concern or complaint. Any feedback, concern or complaint can be summitted through the feedback contact listed below. This contact will go through both the JISD Chief of Police and Superintendent.
