Good afternoon, parents. I am starting to get an increase in phone calls requesting medication to be given to your student. There have been some changes to the law:
ALL medication will need to have a doctor's order and a parent permission signed in order to give the medication at school (this includes any over the counter medications as well as prescription medication).
All medications will need to be supplied by the parent in the original containers.
If you have already filled out the form, please just send a refill of the meds your child needs.
